MAX YOUR MOJO is a 12-week program that will rejuvenate, re-energise and fast-track you to being your best – fit, focused & fabulous.

OVERVIEW

The program includes 6 modules (aka KEYS), each of two weeks duration. At the beginning of each week you‘ll access 2 videos:

  1. The first explains the key features of the workout, and demonstrates exactly how the exercises are performed;
  2. The second is a step-by-step, follow the leader video that will guide you through the exercises for that week.

Here’s a brief overview of the modules.

1 st KEY: ACTIVE

We begin with the physical – getting you tuned in, toned up, relaxed and at home in your body. This key unlocks a set of short progressive exercises that will strengthen your body and prime your pumps to get your circulation happening: cardiovascular, lymphatic, cerebrospinal and synovial circulation.

2 nd KEY: ALIVE

With this key you’ll fire up your generator, recharge your internal battery and circulate the energy so it reaches every cell of your body. How do we generate energy? By movement - mindful movement. You’ll learn how to get your dynamo humming with simple but powerful movement patterns that will reinvigorate you so you start feeling alive again.

3 rd KEY: AFLAME

Without enough oxygen your fire can’t burn bright. This is the fire that drives your motor, ignites your metabolism, enlivens your mental processes, and fans the flame of your libido. So, taking care of your breathing is key to reigniting your spark.

4 th KEY: AWARE

Being switched on means being awake, aware and alert. Awareness training entails tuning into and sharpening your senses – all of them, both internal and external. With this key you’ll switch on and tune up your sensory network - proprioceptive, kinaesthetic and exteroceptive.

5 th KEY: ALIGNED

Welcome to the whirlwind! Life is stormy and every day brings fresh challenges to our serenity. But you can’t tame the tempest or turn the tides. Being aligned means having your internal compass oriented with “true north”. So, to unlock your fifth gate you’ll learn how to be in control and centred in the eye of the cyclone. Cool, calm and collected in the serene still-point at the centre of your being.

6 th KEY: ATTUNED

This is the stage in which you come into your power. In other words – being attuned to and in harmony with yourself. The preceding keys are focused on tuning into, toning up and optimising yourself - body, mind and breath. Which is a prelude to harmonising the world around you. So, with this final key you’ll learn to gather, focus and express your energy (i.e. power). And that’s the name, that’s the aim of the game - cultivating the power to take control of your body, health, faculties, your life and ultimately your destiny.

FAQ

THE MASTER KEY TO SUCCESS - WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Time. To guarantee success you need to commit to performing the routine for 15-minutes a day, at least 5 days a week. The exercises are simple (but stimulating), safe, stress-free. But it’s essential to stay on track and not allow yourself to be derailed by the myriad things fighting for your time and attention.
  • Equipment. You need: a computer to track your progress and play back the videos; an internet link; and access to Zoom for feedback sessions; and a few square meters of floor space to strut your stuff. Aside from that you don’t need any special equipment (you were born with it).
