Module 1a: ACTIVE

To help you unlock and max your energies we provide you with six keys. And the first key is Active, with which you ACTIVATE: YOUR FIGHTING FIT FORMULA.

But don’t stress out. Fighting fit doesn’t mean being muscle-bound with ripped abs.

And it certainly doesn’t involve strenuous, stressful, time-consuming workouts. Quite the contrary – It means being toned up, relaxed and at home in your body. So, let’s begin with your body.

It’s like this – your body is your best buddy. It’s your prime tool; your true home. But if you’re out of condition then your system is working inefficiently and you’re wasting precious energy. Which you don’t have enough of to spare.

This first key unlocks a set of short progressive exercises that will help you build a strong foundation by strengthening your body and stimulating your circulation – cardiovascular, lymphatic, synovial, endocrine and cerebrospinal.
