It’s like this – your body is your best buddy. It’s your prime tool; your true home. But if you’re out of condition then your system is working inefficiently and you’re wasting precious energy. Which you don’t have enough of to spare.
This first key unlocks a set of short progressive exercises that will help you build a strong foundation by strengthening your body and stimulating your circulation – cardiovascular, lymphatic, synovial, endocrine and cerebrospinal.
