Welcome and ongratulations on enrolling in the course!
You’ve signed up for the Max your Mojo program to deal with your energy issues. In due course you’ll come to better understand why and how you’ve been running yourself into the ground and exhausting yourself.
And of course, how to fix it – once and for all.
But first, just why are you feeling flat and fatigued?
Well one of the causes of exhaustion is the PHYSICAL. That is to say, biomechanics and ergonomics, which are technical terms that describe how efficiently, how effectively you move and work. Or in other words, how well tuned into and how much at ease you are in your body.
And another reason that you’re feeling drained relates directly to the PHYSIOLOGICAL. What we’re talking about here are your inner workings – your metabolism, aka how your body generates, stores and utilises energy.
And last but not least – there’s YOU with a capital Y! The PSYCHOLOGICAL aspects of yourself. In other words your state of mind, because that plays a key role in determining how you act, react and interact. How you feel.
Anyway, now (drum roll) the fun begins. Now you’re going to learn to unlock your energy with the six KINERGY keys. So that you’ll have the energy to max your mojo; the power to take control of your life.
And all that it involves is you investing 20 minutes of your time in this simple but very effective KINERGY routine. Do this at least 5 times a week and you’ll see distinct improvements in your life.
You’ll feel and function way better – more energised, alert, focused, and in control. Not only that, but you’ll look better too.
